Mission
Diversity to Inclusion, Inc. partners with educational institutions, organizations, and communities to design equity-centered systems, policies, and practices that foster rightful presence, psychological safety, and belonging. The Flagship program, Rooted and Rising, complements this work by offering healing, mindfulness, and therapeutic spaces for women of color and equity leaders to restore, reflect, and build resilience.
